FOUNDER, DESIGNER & MANUFACTUER
After spending many weekends as a child in his grandfather's workshop, Michael headed to university to study manufacturing engineering. He went on to start his own commercial hardware company in London during 2011. Eventually moving to Kent and founding Clemo + Finch in October of 2020.

Alice joined the team in June 2021 after working for the NHS during the global pandemic, bringing her marketing background and sales skills to the table!
Fun fact: "I have a million kids and a sausage dog!"
WEB-DESIGN & CONTENT CREATION
Georgie joined the team in May 2021, bringing her background of interior design, photography and social media skills!
Fun fact: "I spend most my weekends taking photos of musicians!"
MACHINIST
Callum has worked alongside Mike for the past few years and has grown into a fully fledged valued member of the team.
