Simply choose the item and checkout! Once you have decided whether your item is a fit or not, return to us for a full item refund.

The item must be in the same pristine condition the goods arrived in.

We must receive the parcel back to our HQ within 30 working days. If you need longer please request via hello@clemoandfinch.com

Clients are responsible for returning the parcel with tracked postage. 

Once the parcel is back with us and has been fully inspected by our team, we will issue the refund or address issues. The refund will be processed within 7 working days, timing may depend on your bank.
