Refund policy
Many of our products are made to order and are therefore non-returnable, unless faulty. We do have a number of Ready to Ship products which are pieces we hold in stock and these are therefore eligible for return.
Please note, our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event your product has arrived faulty, please email hello@clemoandfinch.com with your order number and return request. We are happy to offer a full refund or replacement for any faulty products. All returned items should meet the below conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase
- Item(s) must be returned within 28 days of receipt
In instances where a non-faulty item has been approved by Clemo + Finch for return, item(s) must meet this additional requirement:
- Item(s) must be returned in a re-saleable condition

PLEASE NOTE THAT
1. You must request your return and refund within 24 hours of the parcel arriving to you, we must receive the parcel back to our HQ within 14 working days.
2. Clients are responsible for returning the parcel with tracked postage.
3. Clemo + Finch holds the right to reject returns that are not deemed faulty. In this scenario, we will contact you by email or phone to notify you.
4. Your refund credit will be made against the original payment method. Once your return has been received and processed, please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to become available in your account.
5. Returns and refunds are not accepted for Sample and Bespoke items unless deemed necessary by Clemo + Finch.
6. In the scenario of a refund/return, the Clemo + Finch team have the right to fully inspect the product and to declare a refund/return. You shall be emailed with an update of the decision.
