Refund policy

To ensure an easy return to Clemo + Finch, your parcel must be either unopened or in the same pristine condition the goods arrived in. You must request your return and refund within 24 hours of the parcel arriving to you, we must receive the parcel back to our HQ within 14 working days. 

Clients are responsible for returning the parcel with tracked postage. 

Once the parcel is back with us and has been fully inspected by our team, we will issue the refund or address issues. The refund will be processed within 7 working days, timing may depend on your bank. 

Returns and refunds are not accepted for bespoke items or sale items.
