Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Many of our products are made to order and shipped within 4-6 weeks. This excludes our Collections and a small number of other products which are pieces in stock at the time of ordering and will be dispatch days vary due to the size of our team.

Once your order has been shipped from our factory, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with information on how to track the shipment, including the tracking number for your reference. 

 

UK DELIVERY

Orders over £200 are applicable for free delivery. Couriers may vary but tracked shipping is applicable.

INTERNATIONAL/GLOBAL DELIVERY

International and Global delivery may vary and we can neither confirm nor deny the lead-time for delivery of any products. To ensure you have your products before your deadline we recommend ordering at least 1 month in advance. 

 

Please note, the above is a guide only. We endeavour to ship all orders in a timely manner, however, we cannot always be accountable for delays in delivery beyond the point your purchase leaves the Clemo + Finch factory.
